"Perfumed and it is reminiscent of a classic barbershop with all the spices and herbs but it has a great deal of elegance and balance on the nose between the elements. There's a nice orchard fruit and elderflower background with wormwood and herbal notes. The appetising bitterness is so well integrated."

"Lovely herbal nose, with a touch of citrus - perhaps more on the burnt orange direction. The palate is sweet and bitter at the same time but the herbal bitterness balances the big sweet start. The citrus carries it to a long finish - great colour too. Very nice and it would be great in a spritz type aperitivo."
