"There's a wood smoked bacon note on the first expression, it has a lovely wood and herbal mix and some black pepper. The palate has a gentle sweetness and some wood and herbal elements. It is well rounded and pleasing with medicinal, herbal and honey notes and a pleasing and easy finish."
